Delivery & Returns Policy (Print‑on‑Demand)

This policy explains how orders are produced, shipped, cancelled, returned and refunded for items purchased from fusionclothing.uk. Because we operate a Print‑on‑Demand (POD) model, most items are made for you after you place an order. Please read carefully—some rules differ from stocked retail.
1) Production & Delivery
Production time (POD): typically 1–6 business days from payment confirmation.
Estimated shipping times (business days):
United Kingdom: ~3–5 (domestic/nearby fulfilment) or 5–15 for international routes.
United States: 3–6 when shipped from a US hub; otherwise 5–15.
United Arab Emirates: 5–15.
Other Countries: 5–15.
Tracking: provided where available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier, customs, and destination.
Shipping costs: shown at checkout. Any duties/taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

2) Order Changes & Cancellations (POD)
Because items move quickly into production:
1‑hour grace period: You may request a change or full cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing returns@fusionclothing.uk with the subject “Cancel/Change Order #XXXX”. We’ll confirm by email.
After production starts:
Non‑personalised items: If production has started but the item is not personalised or made to your specifications, you can still cancel under UK consumer cancellation rights (see Section 5). In that case, we will stop the order if possible; if it ships, you can return it unopened/unused.
Personalised/custom items: Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible unless we have not yet incurred production costs. See Section 5 for your rights on faulty items.
3) Returns and Exchanges– What’s eligible
Change‑of‑mind (non‑personalised items):
UK consumers: you may cancel within 14 days of delivery and then have 14 more days to send the item back.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging with tags.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Personalised/custom items: (e.g., items printed to your specifications, customised names/numbers) are not eligible for change‑of‑mind returns. We will accept returns/replacements only if faulty or damaged on arrival.
Hygiene‑sensitive items: (e.g., underwear, swimwear, socks, face masks) cannot be returned for change of mind once opened, unless faulty.
3.1) Exchanges
We do not accept product exhanges.
4) How to start a return
Email returns@fusionclothing.uk within the applicable timeframe with:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
Photos if the item is damaged/defective or the wrong item was received
We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address (RMA). Unauthorised returns (items sent back without RMA) may be refused or significantly delayed.
Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging (or equivalent protection) and include any inserts/tags. We may deduct reasonable amounts for missing or damaged packaging where this reduces resale value (does not apply to faulty items).
5) Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at our cost. This does not limit your statutory rights.
6) Refunds – Method & Timelines
Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method in the original currency.
Timing: We process approved refunds within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting your return (or approving a no‑return refund). Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Shipping fees: Original shipping is non‑refundable unless we made an error or the product is faulty.
7) Items we can’t accept back
Personalised/custom items (unless faulty).
Hygiene‑sensitive items once opened (unless faulty).
Items returned outside the permitted window.
Items not in original condition (worn, used, washed, stained, altered) except to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect the goods.
8) Undeliverable, Refused or Wrong‑Address Parcels
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we will contact you. We can reship (additional shipping fee applies) or refund the item price minus original shipping once the item is received back in resalable condition.
If you entered an incorrect address, reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.
9) Region‑Specific Rights & Statutory Information
United Kingdom: Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are preserved. In short, UK consumers have a 14‑day cooling‑off period for non‑personalised goods purchased online (plus 14 days to return) and protections for faulty goods (repair, replacement, refund depending on timing/circumstances).
United States & other regions: Local consumer rights may provide additional protections; where required by law, we will comply with those rights. Please contact us with any region‑specific request.
UAE: We honour applicable consumer protection requirements; personalised/custom goods are generally excluded from change‑of‑mind returns, but faulty items will be repaired or replaced or refunded as required.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
